The Eligibility Enforcement Committee

About The EEC

The Eligibility Enforcement Committee (EEC) is made up of seven committee members that maintain a position at a NACE affiliated institution that is intimately involved with the institution’s esports program. Each elected member serves on the EEC for three years and cannot exceed two consecutive terms. The EEC acts as the interpreting body of the NACE constitution and bylaws, reviews all allegations of violations of the bylaws, serves as the sole arbiter of any requests for exceptions to NACE’s bylaws, and works with other NACE committees and councils to develop and propose changes to the constitution or bylaws.
