Midland eSports
We are a founding member of NACE, and one of the first six schools in the United States to consider eSports a collegiate sports, and award athletic scholarships on par with our other sports.
Game titles we currently compete in are League of Legends, Hearthstone, and Overwatch. We have a number of student-athletes that play other game titles as well, and we are looking to grow into other games like: CS:GO, Smite, Paladins, Rocket League, Smash Bros, and many more.
If you are interested in a game title, don't hesitate to share that with us so that we may find a way to enable you to pursue your passion and go to school doing so.
This is just the start of eSports at Midland, and with such rapid growth we are always looking for the next eSport title to open up more opportunities for all eligible students to get a chance to do what they love, engage their competitive spirit, and go to school doing just that.
Midland University
Founded in 1883, Midland University is a liberal arts college providing relevant opportunities in more than 30 academic areas, four graduate programs, and a variety of professional studies programs to students at both our Fremont and Omaha locations. Schedule a campus visit and tour before January 31st of your Senior Year in High School to be rewarded a $4,000 grant.
