The National Association of Collegiate Esports Announces New Partnership

KANSAS CITY, MO-The National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), a 501(c)(3) and the largest association of varsity esports programs in North America,  is excited to announce a partnership with EDGE Consulting, a group of collegiate educators with a mission to grow the esports industry. EDGE assists institutions in their development of esports academic and competitive programming; business, event, and facility planning; and broadcast production. 

Through this partnership, EDGE Consulting will assist NACE member institutions with enhancing their academic and competitive esports programs with a variety of academic development and support services, including academic esports consultation, course mapping, assessment tools, and support services; and licensed or customized esports curriculum.

“NACE, at its core, champions the cause of education through esports, and with this partnership NACE has the opportunity to provide its members with resources to raise their academic offerings. As education is the common foundation of all NACE members, increasing the support we can offer to members is a priority as we begin to solidify the esports landscape,” said Michael Brooks, Executive Director of NACE. 

In addition to the support services that EDGE Consulting provides to collegiate esport programs, NACE members will receive program guidance and have the opportunity to register for EDGE events, at a reduced price. Both NACE and EDGE view access to esports education as a core priority, and through this partnership are excited to offer new opportunities to students and NACE member institutions across the collegiate ecosystem.
