Develop your esports program with NACE

About the National Association of Collegiate Esports

“How can we provide more opportunities for NACE member programs?”

Since 2016, that has been the NACE Leadership’s guiding question as the association has grown rapidly to accommodate more than 180 varsity esports programs with diverse needs. To meet the needs of competitive and evolving esports programs, the NACE aims to give member programs more opportunities to compete, develop broadcasting teams and facilities, and strengthen the skills of their coaches and student-athletes, helping their programs stand out in an ever-growing crowd of developing esports programs nationwide. “We strive to offer the best program possible for our students and to help others build successful, student-centered programs,”

Joey Gawrysiak, Program Director at Shenandoah University

As the largest organization of varsity esports programs in North America, NACE is committed to continuing to create meaningful resources for our institutions, their staff, and their students, We want to share some additional programming that will be launching this academic year to assist coaches and directors in their collegiate esports roles:

Mentorship Programs

In the Spring of 2022, NACE will be offering a mentorship program for all incoming NACE institutions. This program will help incoming NACE institutions develop their esports programs in alignment with NACE procedures and protocols. Mentor institutions will take on a small number of mentee institutions to provide check-ins and ensure that no important deadlines are missed throughout the semester.
